A big thank you from Dean and the rest of the dealership to everyone who came out yesterday to assist us with the Demo Rides. It was a beautiful day and a great success, and we couldn’t have done it without you guys and gals from the Scarborough HOG Chapter. Many thanks, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving and long weekend.

It will not be long before we feel and hear the rumble of our Harley Davidson’s rolling down the road, the wind in our face with a destination or not. We have arranged this years rides and all are posted on the calendar. During the early spring we will be leaving the Markham Station at 10:00 am but will return to the regular start time 9:00 am beginning in May. All rides will start out from Markham Station (unless posted) and are subject to change, please check the calendar before setting out.

A quick reminder that while we are all eager to get out and ride, remember there is still sand and salt on our roads especially in the north country, please be careful. A cold road and our tires do not make a very good team, so if you venture out early take it easy and keep the rubber side down.

Looking forward to our first ride after a fantastic brunch…see you all at Sister’s on April 17 @ 11:30. If you are only joining us for the ride it will start from Sister’s @ 12:30.

A reminder to all members of the Scarborough HOG Chapter, membership renewals must be payed at the October meeting in order to vote for next year’s executive team. We are only as strong as the members within our chapter, so let’s get stronger, come pay your renewal and vote at the November meeting… see you Tuesday, October 5, 2010.

Starting right now we have a new location for our Pick-up Rides which is located at Markham Station ( Sheppard and Markham Road). We will still leave at 9:00 a.m. for all of our rides. See you there!
